Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Minimum Years Experience Required

• Active Workday HCM certification is a must.
• Minimum 2 workday implementation experience and ability to work on multiple projects
• At Least 1 year of Workday Implementation experience.
• Functional certification Core HCM and one additional modules like core HR, payroll, Absence, Time

Tracking , Compensation, Recruiting Or Benefits.

• Ability to help customers resolve functional issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday

solutions.

• Should be able to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient

application configuration.

• Knowledge on Custom fields, custom reports, matrix reports, calculated fields
• Knowledge of Workday Security.
• Knowledge of various data sources available and how to use them
• Knowledge in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
• Excellent communication skills
