Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Backend Operations Specialist located in Hubli. The Backend Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting operational activities, managing back-office processes, and ensuring smooth workflow for internal and external projects. The role involves handling data entry tasks, processing reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting in the implementation of efficient operational procedures. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, problem-solving, and adhering to project deadlines will also be part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data entry, report generation, and back-office operations
• Ability to manage multiple operational processes simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in backend operations, BPO, or administrative roles is advantageous
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Business Administration or a related field, are preferred
