Tax Admin – UK & Americas
About the Role
As a Tax Admin – UK & Americas, you will support the Group Tax function by assisting with tax compliance and reporting across the UK and Americas regions. Reporting to the Tax Manager – UK & Americas, this role is ideal for a motivated individual who is keen to learn, take ownership, and add value in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities –
UK Responsibilities:
• Preparation of UK corporate tax computations, returns, and quarterly instalment payment calculations.
• Support internal and external tax accounting and reporting, including statutory disclosures.
• Assist with Senior Accounting Officer compliance.
• Support other UK tax matters such as VAT and employment taxes when required.
• Handle ad-hoc UK tax advisory work.
Americas Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with external tax compliance providers for US Federal, State, and local corporate income tax filings.
• Assist with internal and external tax accounting and reporting cycles.
• Support Sales and Use tax compliance across the US group.
• Handle ad-hoc tax advisory work.
Candidate Profile
• ACA / ATT qualified or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in accounting and tax accounting; exposure to UK or US taxes is desirable.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
