What’s This Role About?
This role focuses on managing trainer cohorts and ensuring smooth training and onboarding processes. It involves tracking performance and maintaining accurate training-related data and reports. The role requires close coordination with training and cross-functional teams for seamless execution. It also demands strong communication, organizational skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan cohorts and ensure training is completed as per requirements
• Form and manage trainer training cohorts
• Keep track of cohorts and trainer performance
• Work on trainer-related data and update records in a timely manner for onboarded trainers
• Collaborate closely with the training team and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and an excellent overall experience for trainers

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in a similar role within the Education Technology (EdTech) industry is preferred
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and a customer- and teacher-centric approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated adaptability to changing priorities and ambiguity
• Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to remain calm and composed during crisis situations and effectively resolve conflicts
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, though equivalent work experience will also be considered

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
