Content and Social Media Marketing Internship in Mumbai Full Time

You’ll be working on YouLove- a zero-sugar candy brand reimagining how people consume candy- making it more modern, enjoyable, and guilt-free. At this stage, the focus is on YouLove Electrolyte Lollipops, positioned as a convenient and engaging way to consume candy without the usual sugar content. We are building YouLove as a content-first brand, documenting the journey of creating a new product and category- from product development and retail expansion to real consumer interactions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the founding team and contribute to building the brand from an early stage.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Content creation & execution:
• Plan, shoot, and edit daily content for Instagram (Reels, stories, and posts)
• Capture behind-the-scenes content across product development, founder journey, retail visits, street interactions, and events
• Shoot content using mobile devices and/or cameras
• Edit content using tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Convert everyday business activities into engaging and shareable content
• Content ideation:
• Generate content ideas consistently and execute them efficiently
• Work across formats such as product reactions, street interviews, founder-led storytelling, and trend-based content
• Stay updated with current social media trends and adapt them for the brand
• Social media management:
• Manage Instagram end-to-end
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
• Upload and publish content regularly
• Engage with the audience through comments and direct messages
• Monitor basic performance metrics such as views, engagement, and saves
• Brand & content alignment:
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone and positioning
• Contribute to shaping the brand’s voice through consistent storytelling and content quality
