Operations Supervisor – Warehouse and Projects Full Time

Pizza Pro is looking for an Operations Supervisor – Warehouse and Projects to manage warehouse operations, dispatches, vendor coordination, and field project execution.

This is a hands-on warehouse and field role in a growing business. The person will be responsible for keeping daily operations moving smoothly, coordinating with vendors and service providers, supervising warehouse work, managing dispatches, supporting manufacturing/job-work projects, and visiting sites or workshops when required.

We are looking for someone practical, organised, reliable, and self-motivated — someone who can take ownership of execution and follow through without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Dispatch Operations

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily operational work.
• Ensure orders are packed, documented, and dispatched correctly and on time.
• Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, local delivery partners, and vendors.
• Track dispatch issues, delivery delays, returns, damaged shipments, and replacement shipments.
• Maintain dispatch, stock, return, and operational records.

Stock & Inventory Control

• Maintain physical stock discipline and warehouse organisation.
• Conduct regular stock checks and identify mismatches.
• Check incoming and outgoing material for quantity, condition, and correctness.
• Ensure stock is stored, moved, and recorded properly.
• Track shortages, damages, slow-moving stock, and operational issues.

Vendor Sourcing & Coordination

• Identify and shortlist vendors for materials, job-work, packaging, transport, repair/service work, and project requirements.
• Collect quotes, samples, photos, timelines, and vendor details.
• Visit vendors, workshops, markets, or job-work locations when required.
• Follow up with vendors until work is completed.
• Track vendor quality, reliability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Escalate delays or poor-quality work early.

Manufacturing & Job-Work Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors for manufacturing, finishing, packaging, and job-work processes.
• Visit workshops or production locations to check progress.
• Track batches, timelines, material movement, and finished goods readiness.
• Supervise internal processing, finishing, preparation, and packing workflows where required.
• Check quality, quantity, finish, packaging, and defects.
• Coordinate transport of raw material, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.

Brick Oven Build & Installation Support

• Coordinate procurement of materials required for brick oven projects.
• Visit fabrication, workshop, build, or installation sites as required.
• Supervise progress with vendors, fabricators, masons, labourers, installers, and service providers.
• Coordinate transport, loading, unloading, installation support, and site readiness.
• Share clear photo/video updates and report delays or blockers.
• Support installation, commissioning, repair, and service coordination.

General Operations & Project Support

• Coordinate labour, loading/unloading, transport, local purchases, and urgent operational requirements.
• Support product launches, trade fairs, demo setups, and project logistics.
• Maintain simple trackers and daily/weekly updates.
• Ask questions when instructions are unclear and report problems early.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, logistics, field operations, vendor coordination, project coordination, production/job-work coordination, or similar work.
• Experience managing physical stock, dispatches, vendors, warehouse staff, labourers, or field work.
• Good working ability with Excel, email, and online portals.
• Comfortable with local travel, vendor visits, site visits, and hands-on operational work.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in e-commerce warehouse operations.
• Experience coordinating with couriers, transporters, job-work vendors, repair/service vendors, or contractors.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff, labourers, or field workers.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
• Practical understanding of tools, hardware, packing, fabrication, appliances, or installation work.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
