Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager located in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media marketing campaigns, optimizing web analytics, and driving lead generation efforts. You will work closely with the team to analyze campaign performance, refine strategies, and expand the company’s online presence to fuel growth and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Digital Marketing, including data-driven strategies and campaign management
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and creating engaging, platform-specific content
• Experience with Lead Generation and strategies to drive conversions and build pipelines
• Strong skills in Web Analytics for tracking website performance, traffic, and user behaviors
• Broad understanding of Marketing concepts and growing brand awareness
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the food, health, or lifestyle industry is a plus
