Job Summary
We are seeking a multitasking and relationship-oriented Support Coordinator & Telecalling Executive who can manage student support, recovery follow-ups, and referral coordination during the first half of the day, and handle telecalling activities during the second half. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic understanding ability, and the capability to build strong relationships and trust with students while ensuring smooth coordination and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Handle student support, follow-ups, and query resolution professionally.
Coordinate recovery and referral-related activities and maintain regular follow-ups.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students to ensure trust and engagement.
Conduct telecalling activities with prospective and existing students.
Explain programs/services clearly and address student concerns confidently.
Maintain regular call records, follow-ups, and updates in internal systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student communication and issue resolution.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per month
