Attendance & Payroll Executive Full Time

Looking for position for one of the institutes of Symbiosis International University i.e. Symbiosis University Hospital & Research Centre, Lavale, Pune

Hospital is 900 beds NABH Accredited, Multi-super Specialty State of the art hospital.

Position- Attendance & Payroll Executive

Major Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of attendance (Manual & Biometric).
• Verify duty roasters, leave applications and overtime details from all departments.
• Resolve employee queries related to attendance, salary & deductions.
• Handle statutory compliances, other routine responsibilities of the above positions/profiles.
• Ensuring attendance and payroll compliance
• Attend audit queries
• Develop system & Processes related to the attendance
• Coordination with departments
• Generating Periodic MIS reports with analysis
• Maintenance of record
• Preparing pay sheets, Full & Final Settlements, etc.

Requirements:

• Graduate. MBA preferred.
• 10 -12 years of experience in attendance/payroll management, preferably in hospital/healthcare.
• Knowledge of payroll software, biometric attendance systems,
• Excellent experience in Advance MS Excel with the analytics,
• Understanding of statutory laws related to attendance & payroll,
• Good oral & written communication skills.

Salary is not constrain for right candidate. Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
