Operation and SOP Manager Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations & SOP Manager to streamline and strengthen operations across all outlets of our retail business. The candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, improving efficiency, maintaining process discipline, and coordinating with outlet teams and department heads.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of retail operations, process management, team coordination, and business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• SOP Development & Process Management
• Develop, document, and implement SOPs for all departments including:
• Sales
• Inventory
• Security
• Billing
• Customer Service
• Warehouse/Store Operations
• HR & Administration
• Procurement
• Accounts
• Regularly review and update SOPs based on operational needs.
• Ensure SOP compliance across all outlets.
• Retail Operations Management
• Monitor and manage smooth functioning of all retail outlets.
• Standardize operational processes across locations.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Coordinate with outlet managers and department heads for execution of processes.

Training & Implementation:

• Train staff and department teams on SOP implementation.
• Conduct operational audits and process checks.
• Ensure staff follows company policies and operational standards.
• Reporting & Coordination:
• Prepare operational reports and performance analysis.
• Track productivity, operational efficiency, and compliance.
• Report directly to management regarding operational improvements and challenges.

Education Qualification Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Business Administration (BBA)
• Commerce (B.Com)
• Management
• Retail Management
• Operations Management

Preferred Additional Qualification

• MBA in Operations / Retail Management (Preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
