Job Purpose To assist and execute electrical maintenance of equipment in production houses and quarters and maintenance of power systems for the entire plant within the defined standard of time, cost, safety, and sustainability.

KRA1 Operation and Maintenance of Power System
- Monitor the operation and maintenance of electrical substation, transformers, generator house, RCM powerhouse and distribution boards.
- Resolve breakdowns of all entire power supply systems in the plant.
- Implement initiatives for energy and cost saving and improving efficiency
KRA2 Electrical Maintenance of Equipment
- Ensure maintenance and repair of lighting, workmen’s and staffs’ quarters, all motors
- Resolve breakdowns for high-capacity motors
KRA3 Capex Projects
- Assist in the completion of new capex projects and meeting the deadlines for milestone goals
KRA4 Inventory Control
- Document the available stock of spares in the store
- Raise the indent for acquiring new spare as required
- Advise the purchase team for acquiring better quality spares by providing them vendor list, OEM list, etc.
KRA5 Manpower Management
- Provide on the job and classroom training to workmen
- Conduct sustainability, energy awareness and conservation trainings for workmen.
- Ensure daily allocation of maintenance jobs to workmen, comprising of electricians, riggers, fitters, winders, and DG operators.
- Ensure the safety of all workmen during the job
KRA6 Safety, Sustainability, and Compliance
- Meet the targeted LTI & LTIFR and MTBR & MTBF for all machinery
- Compile monthly data for sustainability and safety in MIS and submission in ENABLON
- Coordinate with seniors and stakeholders for internal audits for all safety and sustainability compliances and certifications on behalf of WCM
- Coordinate for external sustainability compliances and awards through data preparation
