Senior AI Developer Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer / AI Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable AI-driven solutions that deliver exceptional customer value and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in software engineering, AI architecture, integration design, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance user experience by improving usability, accessibility, and desirability of software and AI-driven solutions.
• Define testing strategies, maintain testing environments, and leverage automation and continuous testing approaches to improve software quality.
• Monitor and optimize software performance throughout the application lifecycle, including future retirement and decommissioning activities.
• Write, refactor, and maintain high-quality code using modern programming paradigms and best engineering practices.
• Design high-performing, scalable, and user-centric solutions that meet business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate across teams and engage organizational capabilities to deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Strive to achieve operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Understand customer needs and deliver solutions that maximize business value.
• Define end-to-end AI solution architectures across application, integration, data, and platform layers.
• Translate product and business requirements into architecture options and technical trade-offs, balancing cost, risk, performance, reliability, and delivery timelines.
• Design integration patterns and interfaces including APIs, event-driven systems, and data contracts to ensure secure and reliable interoperability across systems.
• Embed responsible AI, privacy, security, and compliance requirements into solution designs aligned with enterprise standards.
• Ensure operational readiness, scalability, monitoring, and supportability in all solution designs.
• Document, communicate, and govern architecture decisions and technical standards.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture guidance to engineering squads and stakeholders.
