Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate & Undergraduate candidates can apply

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required

• Excellent communication skills (B2 level preferred)

• Typing Speed: 40 WPM

• Accuracy: 95%

• Comfortable with rotational shifts & fast-paced environment

• Immediate joiners preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via voice/chat professionally

• Provide quick and accurate resolutions

• Deliver excellent customer experience and satisfaction

• Manage multiple chats simultaneously

• Maintain productivity and quality standards

• Coordinate with internal teams when required
