Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Supply Chain Analyst supporting the Global Supply Chain organization through data-driven insights and analytics. The role involves analyzing supplier, pricing, spend, and operational data to support strategic sourcing, cost optimization, vendor performance, and contract compliance across teams in India, EU, and the USA.

Working closely with Procurement and Product Management, the analyst will develop reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations to improve decision-making, identify savings opportunities, and drive operational efficiencies in a fast-paced global environment.

Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, data interpretation skills, and the ability to present insights clearly to business stakeholders. The candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, generating reports and dashboards, and supporting fact-based decision-making in a fast-paced global environment.

Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, and 5S will be advantageous in identifying waste and driving operational efficiencies through data-backed recommendations.

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in supply chain analytics, procurement analytics, or product data analysis—preferably within the paper or printing industry—are well-suited for this opportunity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced data analytics to transform supplier, pricing, market, and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic sourcing decisions, cost optimization, and overall supply chain performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and performance reports to analyze spend patterns, supplier performance, cost structures, and key risk indicators across diverse materials and commodities.
• Partner with Procurement, Product Management, Engineering (ADT), and other cross-functional global teams across India, EU & USA to deliver data-driven recommendations that support vendor selection, pricing strategy, contract compliance, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives by conducting detailed analysis of supplier capabilities, cost drivers, and market trends, with particular focus on paper, printing, and related raw materials.
• Assist in vendor identification, evaluation, and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, sustainability, and delivery requirements for both raw materials and finished goods (FG) components.
• Prepare and analyze RFQs/RFPs, perform cost benchmarking and comparative analysis, and provide analytical support during price negotiations to maximize value creation.
• Monitor and analyze contracts and pricing agreements to ensure compliance with sourcing policies, commercial terms, and industry standards.
• Track and report market intelligence, including raw material price fluctuations, supplier developments, and industry trends, to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sourcing documentation and ensure timely reporting to enable fact-based decision-making across global stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required. Masters is a plus.
• 1-2 years Supply Chain Management/Product Management or related experience is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in all aspects of material management including procurement, supplier management, planning, scheduling, capacity management, forecasting, logistics, production, and inventory control
• Paper or printing industry familiarity is a plus
• Working knowledge of modern manufacturing, material flow and improvement strategies and the ability to integrate those into the operation
• Must be able to work through EST working hours or as asked.
