• Identify high-performing post formats, hooks, and engagement strategies relevant to EdTech audiences.
• Create and optimize digital campaigns across organic channels, including social platforms, with a focus on reach, engagement, conversions, and performance metrics.
• Create engaging posts, reels, carousels, stories, and bite-sized educational content.
• Maintain a content bank with ideas, references, insights, and trend notes.
• Support the team in planning monthly social media calendars.
• Track platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, creator styles, and competitor activity.
• Assist in organic growth initiatives – community engagement, comment responses, and reach optimization.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively.
