Designation: Senior Associate – GSC Procurement

Base Location: Ghansoli

Reporting to: Assistant Manager – User Support

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining Purchase Orders in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion/SAP/Coupa) under supervision.
• Check requisition details for accuracy, including item descriptions, quantities, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers for order acknowledgements, delivery timelines, and basic documentation requirements.
• Support follow-up for Goods Receipt Notes and assist in resolving invoice-related discrepancies.
• Learn and follow internal procurement policies, P2P workflows, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in internal training sessions to understand procurement processes, tools, and best practices.
• Support senior team members in day-to-day administrative and operational procurement tasks.

Qualifications, Experience, And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–2 years in procurement operations.
• Experience supporting AU/NZ region preferred.
• Good understanding of procurement operations.
• Quick learner, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Basic analytical skills for tracking and reporting.
