Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to turn ideas into visually compelling designs across digital and print media. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-impact visuals that support our brand identity and campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design digital assets including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and UI elements.
* Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and business cards.
* Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute design strategies.
* Maintain brand consistency across all marketing projects.
* Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing.
* Take and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to revise and improve designs.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
* Strong understanding of visual composition, layout, typography, and color theory.
* Experience designing for both digital and print platforms.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2+ years of professional design experience.
* Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design.
* Experience working in a fast-paced organization.
