1. Line In charge (3+ Years of Experience in Solar Field)

2. Stringer Operator (2+ Years of Experience in Solar Field)

3. Laminator Operator (2+ Years of Experience in Solar Field)

4. Auto Bussing Operator (2+ Years of Experience in Solar Field)

5. EL Operator (1+ Years of Experience in Solar Field)

6. Quality Engineer (1+ Years of Experience in Solar Field)

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gandhidham for Machine Operators. The role involves operating state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery, ensuring quality control, maintaining production equipment, and adhering to safety standards. The Machine Operators will also be responsible for collaborating with team members and identifying areas for efficiency improvements during production.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and the use of machinery
• Experience in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Knowledge and hands-on skills with Hand Tools
• Strong Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Familiarity with safety protocols and standards in manufacturing environments
• Prior experience in solar panel manufacturing or a related industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is an advantage
