Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Ads Manager / Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and lead generation campaigns with strong analytical and ROI-focused skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:
- Google Ads
- Facebook & Instagram Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Coordinate with SEO, design, and content teams.
- Track KPIs including CPC, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Stay updated with latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and analytics tools.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and funnels.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
