About the Role

Germane Media is hiring an AdOps Associate for fresh graduates and early professionals who are looking to build a career in digital advertising (AdTech). This role is ideal for MBA graduates or candidates with 0–3 years of experience.

No prior AdTech experience is required — we provide hands-on training and learning opportunities to help you grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing digital ad campaigns across websites, mobile apps, and video platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Monitor campaign performance and track basic metrics such as impressions, clicks, and revenue
• Support in identifying and resolving campaign delivery issues
• Follow up on creatives, tags, and approvals to ensure timely campaign launches
• Assist in preparing daily and weekly performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets
• Learn and understand how digital advertising works across display, video, mobile apps, and Connected TV (CTV)
• Support onboarding of new partners and assist with basic setup and operational tasks

Requirements

• MBA (Marketing/Analytics) or relevant graduate (BBA, B.Tech, etc.)
• 0–3 years of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or online advertising
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Internship or coursework in digital marketing
• Basic familiarity with terms like impressions, clicks, CTR, etc.
• Interest in data, analytics, or advertising
