NMTronics India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused professional to join our Commercial Operations team as a Supplier Coordinator – Import & Domestic.

📍 Role: Supplier Coordinator – Import & Domestic

📍 Location: Noida

📍 Experience Required: 3–6 Years

🎓 Educational Qualification: Graduate / B.Com / BBA / MBA / Supply Chain or equivalent qualification

📍 Industry Preference: Commercial Operations, Import-Export, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Electronics Industry

Role Purpose:

To coordinate with import and domestic suppliers for PO issuance, payment lifecycle management, shipment readiness, and inward material documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with CRM teams on order receipt, committed timelines, and supplier requirements
• Issue Purchase Orders to import and domestic suppliers as per approved commercial terms
• Follow up on advance payments, LC negotiation, and complete supplier payment lifecycle
• Maintain supplier information sheets, ex-factory updates, and shipment readiness status
• Coordinate material inward documentation with warehouse and CHA teams
• Prepare duty payment documentation and daily/monthly supplier MIS reports
