We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven digital marketing professional to lead paid marketing campaigns and organic growth initiatives for our travel business.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in:
Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads for holiday packages and hotel bookings
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, and conversions
- Handle retargeting and funnel-based campaigns
- Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets
- Execute A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Implement and monitor tracking through GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion events
SEO & Organic Growth
- Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities
- Improve rankings for travel-related keywords
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize destination pages, blogs, and hotel listings
- Monitor website health, indexing, and search performance
Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Analyze campaign profitability and lead quality
- Suggest new growth and scaling opportunities
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in Travel / Hospitality industry preferred
- Hands-on experience with large ad budgets is an advantage
