We will be honest with you.

This role has no team under it yet. No existing campaigns to manage. No brand playbook to follow. You will be starting from a blank page and that is exactly the point.

HospiPal is building India’s care continuity platform. We are a doctor-led startup co-founded by a surgeon and a nephrologist, because we got tired of watching patients recover brilliantly inside the hospital and fall apart the moment they got home. The problem is real, the market is massive, and we are just getting started.

You will own our entire brand voice and storytelling across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Quora, Reddit and Medium. Performance marketing and paid growth from scratch. SEO and organic community building among patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals. Hospital outreach and B2B demand generation. And eventually, hiring and leading the team that grows with you.

We are not looking for someone with the perfect resume. We are looking for someone who has thrived in early stage chaos before, or someone who has never had the title but has always been the one quietly building things. You do not need a healthcare background. You need hunger, ownership, and the ability to figure things out without being told how.

You will sit directly with the founders. Every decision you make will have visible impact. This is not a support role inside a large marketing function. This is the marketing function. The person who takes this role will have built something real by the end of year one.
