About The Role

We are looking for a business-focused marketing designer who can think beyond just graphic design. Someone who understands branding, marketing communication, and business storytelling — and can translate ideas, insights, and research into impactful creatives.

This role requires a strong understanding of marketing along with hands-on creative execution. The ideal candidate should be open to going beyond design execution and contribute to campaigns, communication strategy, and brand positioning.

Responsibilities

• • Create creatives for social media, presentations, reports, campaigns, emailers, and digital marketing
  • Translate business insights and research findings into engaging visual communication
  • Work closely with business, content, and marketing teams
  • Contribute to campaign ideation and marketing communication
  • Maintain strong brand consistency across platforms

Requirements

• • 3+ years of experience in marketing/brand design
  • Strong understanding of marketing and business communication
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other relevant tools
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools/workflows is preferred
  • Someone proactive, ownership-driven, and willing to go beyond a traditional designer role
