Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with 5–6 years of hands-on experience to design, build, and optimize data-driven customer engagement and marketing automation solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong expertise in AMPscript, SQL, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder
- Basic working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including retargeting and audience segmentation
- Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with social media and advertising platforms
- Proven ability to design and deliver personalized customer journeys
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and present campaign ROI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
