About this role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy data analyst to join us on a full-time, long-term contract basis. You will work within our pharmacy operations team managing claims analytics, Power BI dashboards, regulatory compliance data, and EHR/pharmacy information systems. This is a remote engagement — you must be available and online during 11 AM to 8 PM IST, Monday through Friday.
What you’ll do
Manage and analyze pharmacy claims, including customer support, appeals, and grievances processes
Support pharmacy plan, client, and contract configuration through analytic review, testing, and validation of claim outcomes
Validate data quality, completeness, and reasonableness of results
Handle pharmacovigilance data management, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
Maintain and manage data within EHR (Electronic Health Records) and Pharmacy Information Systems
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor pharmacy operations, claims trends, compliance metrics, and KPIs
Translate business requirements into actionable insights through interactive dashboards and visualizations
Provide ongoing regulatory and compliance support, including audits and reporting
Support customer order fulfillment processes and resolve data-related issues
Requirements
8+ years of experience in pharmacy data analysis, PBM, payer, or related healthcare roles
Strong knowledge of pharmacy claims management and payer processes
Advanced proficiency in Power BI — dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling, and Power BI Service (workspaces, publishing, refresh schedules)
Understanding of pharmacovigilance data and healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements
Ability to independently analyze data and explain pharmacy KPIs and findings to stakeholders
Strong working knowledge of claims logic, final status identification, formularies, benefit designs, networks, and reimbursement
Familiarity with major drug compendia and reference databases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and effective communication with internal teams
