We are looking for someone who understands Instagram, fashion content, influencer collaborations, storytelling, and brand growth.

Role Overview

We are hiring a creative and experienced Social Media & Brand Marketing Executive to manage DELAN’s social media presence, grow the brand on Instagram, plan content, coordinate with influencers, and build engaging storytelling around our collections.

Responsibilities

• Manage DELAN’s Instagram and maintain a consistent brand image.
• Plan reels, stories, posts, launches, campaigns, and collection drops.
• Build storytelling around products, prints, fabrics, silhouettes, and styling.
• Work on Instagram growth through trends, reels strategy, and audience engagement.
• Create and manage the monthly content calendar.
• Write captions, story copies, campaign lines, and product-focused content.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, stylists, models, and photographers.
• Handle influencer outreach, follow-ups, negotiations, and deliverables.
• Plan UGC content, barter collaborations, paid collaborations, and brand campaigns.
• Track social media performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, fashion trends, and competitor content.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, or fashion marketing.
• Must have prior experience working with a clothing, fashion, or apparel brand.
• Experience with a fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brand is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, stories, trends, and audience engagement.
• Good sense of fashion, styling, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of social media insights and analytics.
