The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Operations & Account Support Executive to
support the operations and the account management team.

What You’ll Do

● Manage customer reviews, refund requests, and partner support across delivery platforms

● Monitor ratings, customer feedback, and operational performance across brands and sites

● Support the setup, auditing, and quality checking of promotions, menus, and store listings

● Maintain accurate operating hours, listings, and platform information across aggregators

● Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and daily updates for internal teams

● Support the Account Management and Operations teams with scheduled and ad hoc tasks

● Coordinate customer service tickets and operational issue resolution with partners

● Share operational insights and feedback to help improve partner and brand performanceInternal Collaboration

● Work closely with the Operations, Account Management, and Marketing teams to support day-to-day business activities

● Share operational and customer insights to help improve brand performance and partner experience Who We’re Looking For

● Strong communication and relationship-building skills

● Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail

● Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

● Able to manage multiple operational tasks independently and prioritise effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 – ₹390,000.00 per year
