Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Specialist based in the Pune Division. The Health Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality health and wellness consultation, implementing health promotion initiatives, and providing support for occupational health and medical services. The role also involves effective communication with clients, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
• Expertise in Occupational Health and Medicine to provide high-quality health assessments and medical consultations.
• Proficiency in Health Promotion to design, implement, and evaluate wellness programs and initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced on-site environment.
• Previous experience in health services or occupational health is a plus.
