Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Expense Management & Admin Executive to handle field sales expenses, documentation, stock coordination, attendance support, and administrative activities. The candidate should possess good coordination skills, accuracy in reporting, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage expenses of the field sales team.
• Cross-check and verify expense sheets and supporting documents.
• Prepare, maintain, and share required documentation and reports.
• Assist in car insurance-related coordination and renewals.
• Update and maintain multiple operational sheets such as: o Employee Anniversary & Birthday Tracker o Territory Coverage Plan o Attendance & Leave Records
• Manage and maintain stock records and inventory updates.
• Coordinate with the HR team for HR-related administrative tasks.
• Support attendance management and employee record tracking.
• Ensure proper filing, data accuracy, and timely reporting.
Required Skills:
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good communication and team coordination abilities.
