Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records of the university (income, expenses, fees, etc.)
- Manage student fee collection, tracking, and reconciliation
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Maintain payroll records and process staff salaries
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts for departments
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions
