TPM, Setup, Configutauion and Management Full Time

This role focuses on shaping how developers and enterprise customers onboard, configure, and manage a modern device intelligence platform across multiple surfaces. You will own the product experience that powers setup, administration, and operational control across dashboards, APIs, and agent-driven MCP workflows. Working at the intersection of product, engineering, and developer experience, you will define scalable systems for permissions, configuration, and system health. The role requires strong technical product thinking to unify fragmented experiences into a cohesive management layer. You will drive roadmap strategy, ensuring consistency across APIs, UI, and automation interfaces. Accountabilities

Role

In this role, you will define and lead the product strategy for setup, configuration, and management workflows across the platform, ensuring seamless and consistent experiences for developers and administrators. You will:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of onboarding, setup, configuration, and administration across Dashboard, Management APIs, and MCP interfaces
• Define and evolve the underlying object model (organizations, projects, environments, keys, permissions, and configurations) to ensure consistency across all surfaces
• Drive the roadmap for administrative UX, including permissions management, system health visibility, diagnostics, and troubleshooting workflows
• Lead the Management APIs product strategy, including versioning, deprecation policies, lifecycle governance, and API consistency standards
• Ensure enterprise-grade requirements such as authentication, authorization, auditability, rate limiting, and compliance are properly implemented
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver cohesive, intuitive, and scalable admin and configuration experiences
• Oversee MCP-based management workflows, ensuring safe, agent-friendly, and consistent operations across APIs and UI
• Coordinate cross-functional roadmap planning, aligning engineering, design, and GTM stakeholders on priorities and trade-offs
• Lead launches, documentation, migration planning, and enablement efforts to drive adoption of management capabilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong technical product management experience with deep understanding of APIs, developer platforms, and system design. You will need:

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in technical, platform, or developer-focused products
• Strong understanding of API product design, including object models, versioning, lifecycle management, and deprecation strategies
• Experience building or managing admin, configuration, or system management workflows in SaaS or platform environments
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers on architecture, APIs, and system constraints
• Experience designing developer experience elements such as documentation, error handling, SDK usability, and workflows
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to align engineering, design, and business teams
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining and using product metrics to guide roadmap decisions
• Experience managing competing priorities and making trade-offs under constraints
• Strong communication skills with ability to write clear PRDs and influence cross-functional teams
