Job Summary:

The Order Processing & Reporting Executive is responsible for accurate order processing, maintaining order hygiene, and generating timely reports. The role ensures smooth order lifecycle management, data accuracy, and actionable insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing:

• Process customer orders accurately in the system (ERP/CRM).
• Validate order details such as pricing, quantity, discounts, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
• Track and update order status regularly.

2. Order Hygiene Maintenance:

• Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all orders.
• Identify and correct discrepancies such as duplicate, incomplete, or incorrect entries.
• Maintain clean and structured order records.
• Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards.

3. Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly order reports.
• Generate dashboards and MIS reports for management.
• Analyze order trends, delays, cancellations, and performance metrics.
• Highlight key insights and recommend improvements.

4. Coordination & Communication:

• Act as a bridge between sales, operations, and finance teams.
• Resolve order-related issues and escalations.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.

5. Process Improvement:

• Identify gaps in order processing workflows.
• Suggest and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Support automation and system enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field. .
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
