Associate, Growth Office Full Time

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Chartered Accountant (Fresher) to join the Growth Office team. The role involves supporting business development initiatives, conducting market research, preparing client presentations, and contributing to strategic growth efforts across service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and industry research to identify potential business opportunities
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations
• Perform data analysis and financial research to support business decisions
• Support the team in lead generation and pipeline tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams (Audit, Tax, Advisory etc) to understand service offerings
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments
• Maintain databases, MIS reports, and business development trackers
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects driven by the Growth Office

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (Freshers welcome)
• Strong academic background preferred

• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of financial statements and business models
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to interpret data and derive insights
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Interest in business development and strategy

Good to Have:

• Exposure to internships/articleship in consulting, transaction advisory, or strategy
• Familiarity with Power BI / data visualization tools
• Basic knowledge of pitching, proposal writing, or client interaction
