Cloud Procurement Principal Consultant – Enterprise Apps Full Time

Experience

• Relevant IT consulting experience: 15 years (mandatory)
• Procurement / Supply Chain domain experience: 5 years (mandatory)
• Oracle Fusion Cloud: At least 1 end‑to‑end implementation (mandatory); 2+ preferred
• APICS CPIM/CSCP: Preferred

Role Summary

Own and lead end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement implementation delivery. Drive fit‑to‑standard, solution design, configuration, approvals governance, multi‑currency readiness, data migration, testing, cutover, go‑live and hypercare across global stakeholders. Ensure audit‑ready controls and measurable procurement outcomes.

Scope (Modules & Themes)

• Purchasing: Requisitions, Standard PO, Blanket Purchase Agreements/Blanket PO; receiving and matching concepts.
• Strategic Sourcing: Negotiations (RFQ/RFP), award process, supplier collaboration.
• Supplier Management: Onboarding, qualification, lifecycle governance; supplier portal exposure preferred.
• Sourcing Rules / ASL: Sourcing rules and approved supplier logic aligned to policies.
• Oracle Quality (hands‑on): Receiving inspections, inspection plans/specs; nonconformance exposure preferred.
