Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for the Social Media Marketing Head at Della Resorts & Adventure. The Social Media Marketing Head will lead the overall social media strategy across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business goals for resorts, adventure park, and related verticals. Responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, managing content calendars, guiding content creation (visual, video, and copy), monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing for engagement, reach, and conversions. The role will oversee community management, respond to guest and follower interactions in a timely and professional manner, and collaborate closely with marketing, PR, sales, and operations teams to support launches, promotions, and events. The Social Media Marketing Head will also manage external agencies or creative partners, stay updated on trends and platform updates, and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with a track record of building and growing brand presence across major platforms.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including campaign planning, audience targeting, funnel optimization, and analytics-based decision-making.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in a senior social media or digital marketing leadership role, ideally within hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or related consumer-facing industries.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret performance dashboards, and translate insights into actionable strategies and content plans.
• Experience managing creative teams or agencies, overseeing content production (photo, video, design), and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital or social media marketing are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
