About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Facilities Executive to manage day-to-day
office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage office administration including housekeeping, pantry, and security
2. Handle vendor management (AMCs, contracts, negotiation, renewals)
3. Oversee facility maintenance (electrical, plumbing, infrastructure)
4. Maintain asset inventory (laptops, furniture, etc.)
5. Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings
6. Support employee onboarding (ID cards, seating, workspace readiness)
7. Organize events, townhalls, and engagement activities
8. Maintain compliance and documentation (licenses, audits)
9. Assist in office setup and expansion
10. Drive cost optimization initiatives
11. Create and manage purchase orders (POs)
12. Maintain and track invoices and documentation
13. Coordinate with the finance team for timely vendor and rental payments
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. 1+ year experience in Admin/Facilities (SaaS/startup preferred)
2. Strong vendor negotiation and vendor management skills
3. Cost control and budgeting mindset
4. Proficiency in Excel and reporting
5. Good communication and coordination skills
6. Strong ownership and problem-solving ability
