Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our recruitment team as US IT & Non-IT Recruiters. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various US-based IT and Non-IT positions. Candidates with excellent communication skills, willingness to learn, and an interest in talent acquisition are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, databases, and professional networks.
• Understand job requirements provided by clients and hiring managers.
• Identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and job fit.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Candidate Screening

• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate qualifications.
• Evaluate technical and non-technical skills as per job requirements.
• Verify candidate availability, work authorization, location, and compensation expectations.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

Coordination & Follow-up

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Track candidate status and update recruitment databases/ATS.
• Follow up on interview feedback and offer status.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment activity targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
• Good internet research and sourcing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA, etc.).
• Interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
• Knowledge of US staffing/recruitment is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work in US shifts.
