Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in Delhi, India. The Volunteer will support day-to-day operations such as assisting with content preparation, basic data entry, and coordination of community or customer engagement activities. Responsibilities may include helping organize events or sessions with astrologers, responding to basic customer queries under supervision, and supporting internal teams with administrative tasks. The role may also involve collecting feedback from users, preparing simple reports, and contributing ideas to enhance the overall customer experience. Volunteers will collaborate closely with team members across departments to ensure smooth operations and consistent service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English or Hindi, with the ability to interact respectfully and professionally with diverse individuals.
• Organizational and administrative abilities, such as managing schedules, handling basic documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
• Customer service mindset, with patience, empathy, and a willingness to help resolve basic queries or direct customers to the right team members.
• Basic digital literacy, including comfort with office productivity tools, messaging platforms, and online collaboration tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi on a full-time schedule, manage time effectively, and follow instructions while also taking initiative when appropriate.
• Interest in astrology, wellness, or spiritual services, and openness to learning about Astrotalk’s platform, products, and community.
• Prior volunteering or internship experience in customer service, events, operations, or community work is an advantage but not required.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school completion or equivalent; ongoing students or recent graduates are welcome to apply.
