Lead Generation Associate in Lucknow (Hybrid) Full Time NEW

We are seeking a tenacious, high-energy, and results-driven Lead Generation and Outbound Marketing Associate to support our international market expansion. This is a high-intensity outbound role for a true hunter who thrives on aggressive prospecting, enjoys initiating conversations from scratch, and is skilled at converting cold prospects into qualified business opportunities.

In this role, you will own the top of the sales funnel by building high-quality prospect databases, managing CRM systems with accuracy, and executing multi-channel outbound campaigns across cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement to penetrate global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Aggressive Outbound Prospecting & Market Expansion
• Conduct high-volume cold calling to engage key decision-makers such as C-level executives, VPs, and Directors in international markets.
• Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build and nurture professional connections.
• Design and deploy personalized cold email sequences aimed at improving response and conversion rates.
• Research and identify new international market opportunities across regions such as the US, UK, Europe, and APAC, adapting communication strategies to diverse business cultures.
• Lead Generation & Database Management
• Source and verify B2B contact data using tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Hunter.io.
• Maintain and manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) with accurate tracking of all interactions and lead updates.
• Build and segment targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs), industries, company size, and buyer personas.
• Campaign Optimization & Reporting
• Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, call scripts, and LinkedIn messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Track and report outbound performance metrics, including calls made, emails sent, response rates, and meetings booked.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of qualified meetings booked per month.
• Volume of outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches).
• Accuracy and health of CRM data and sales pipeline management.
