Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Administration
Daily Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming work environment.
Documentation & Records: Maintain, organize, and update company files, digital databases, and crucial documentation with high attention to detail.
Team Support: Provide reliable backend and administrative support to team members, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and logistics.
Marketing & Social Media Support
Campaign Assistance: Help execute marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our brand presence.
Social Media Coordination: Assist in managing social media channels, including content scheduling, basic graphic/text creation, and community engagement.
Client Relations & Communication
First Point of Contact: Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone with a professional and helpful demeanor.
Client Follow-ups: Assist with client onboarding, routine follow-ups, and relationship management to ensure high client satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with both internal teams and external clients.
Organizational Mastery: Strong time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and multitask seamlessly.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Marketing Aptitude: A basic, foundational knowledge of digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, or content creation tools (like Canva) is highly preferred.
Technical Plus: Familiarity with accounting software like Tally is a great asset
Work Ethic: A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve on the fly.
