HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Full Time NEW

Ankit Silicate is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager with strong recruitment and talent acquisition capabilities to support our expanding operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial/manufacturing recruitment and be capable of managing end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities across the organization.
• Handle hiring for technical and non-technical positions, including:

• Production and Plant Personnel
• Engineers and Project Engineers
• R&D and Quality Control Professionals
• Sales and Marketing Personnel
• Accounts, Administration, and Support Functions
• Blue-collar and White-collar Workforce
• Project Consultants and Contract Resources

• Manage local, regional, and PAN India recruitment requirements.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, professional networks, references, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower planning and hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, salary negotiations, and offer management.
• Maintain and regularly update employee databases, candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records.
• Develop and manage the company’s talent pool and recruitment database for future hiring requirements.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and employee integration processes.
• Support HR operations, employee engagement, retention initiatives, and performance management activities.
• Generate recruitment MIS reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR and Recruitment within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, chemical, or process industries.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale recruitment for technical, non-technical, blue-collar, and white-collar positions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, LinkedIn hiring, job portals, sourcing techniques, and candidate management systems.
• Experience in PAN India hiring and coordination with recruitment consultants.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong database management, documentation, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
