The Opportunity

As a Senior Accountant, you will own end-to-end accounting for US-based clients, working at the intersection of finance, technology, and process innovation.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will not only manage financials but also help transform accounting processes using automation and AI-driven tools. You will work closely with founders, finance leaders, and global stakeholders, gaining exposure that goes far beyond a traditional accounting role.

What You’ll Do (Impact-Focused Responsibilities)

• Own end-to-end accounting for US-based clients
• Drive month-end and year-end close cycles, ensuring accuracy, speed, and scalability
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
• Perform deep-dive reconciliations and proactively resolve discrepancies
• Partner with US clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted finance partner
• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve accounting workflows
• Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and efficiencies
• Support audit readiness and collaborate with auditors seamlessly
• Contribute to building scalable finance processes for high-growth startups

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end accounting with strong US GAAP exposure
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, close processes, and reconciliations
• Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with global clients
• CA / CPA (or pursuing) is a strong plus
