Role Overview

We are looking for a Billing & Invoice Manager to manage end-to-end trainer billing and invoice operations at TLS. This role is critical to ensuring financial accuracy, timely reconciliation, and seamless coordination between our training delivery teams and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, tally, and verify billing data submitted by trainers on a monthly/cycle basis
• Reconcile trainer billing records against session logs, attendance data, and approved payout structures
• Track and manage the full invoice lifecycle — from generation to approval to payment confirmation
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing data before invoice processing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all invoices raised, pending, and settled
• Coordinate with trainers and internal stakeholders to resolve billing queries in a timely manner
• Generate periodic MIS reports on billing status, outstanding invoices, and payout summaries
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and documentation standards

Who You Are

• 5-7 years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, or a similar finance operations role
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data tallying and reconciliation
• Experience working with invoicing tools or ERP systems is a plus
• Strong eye for detail with excellent numerical accuracy
• Good communication skills to coordinate across trainer networks and internal teams
• Ability to manage high volumes of data and meet billing cycle deadlines consistently
• Prior experience in EdTech, training, or staffing industries is an advantage
