Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations for ICRI India and ICRI Online Learning Academy, including LMS management, technical support, and academic operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain the LMS platform.
· Create and manage student and faculty accounts.
· Upload course content, study material, and assessments.
· Resolve LMS-related technical issues.
· Provide technical support for online classes.
· Coordinate class scheduling and assessments.
· Manage online examinations and troubleshoot attendance/recording/submission issues.
· Create and manage official email IDs and user credentials.
· Handle basic server administration and IT infrastructure support.
· Maintain backups and data security.
· Coordinate with external IT vendors.
· Provide technical assistance to students and faculty.
· Prepare PowerPoint presentations and digital content.
· Maintain IT documentation and reports.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in IT support, LMS management, or EdTech.
· Knowledge of Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar LMS.
· Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
· Basic server management and networking knowledge.
· Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in EdTech or higher education.
· Knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and webinar platforms.
· Basic graphic design or presentation creation.
· Familiarity with website updates and CMS platforms.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
