Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Assistance Executive role based in Mumbai that around 2 years of experience. The Digital Marketing Assistance Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, email, and web, to promote SAMS DIGITAL’s software and digital publishing services. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating engaging web and marketing content, coordinating with design and development teams, and supporting product launches. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools, preparing regular reports, and recommending optimizations for traffic, engagement, and lead generation. The successful candidate will help maintain brand consistency, conduct basic market and competitor research, and support day-to-day marketing operations and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute integrated digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear writing, concise reporting, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing including content scheduling, community engagement, and platform best practices.
• Proficiency in Web Content Writing and basic content optimization for digital channels (web pages, blogs, landing pages, and email).
• Practical knowledge of Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar) to track KPIs, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
• Familiarity with basic SEO principles and digital advertising (e.g., search or social ads) is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience in a digital agency or tech/IT services environment is preferred but not mandatory.
