Production Manager | FMCG Manufacturing Full Time NEW

Responsible for leading and managing end-to-end manufacturing operations in an FMCG environment, ensuring the achievement of production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, productivity, and cost efficiency. Oversees production planning, manpower management, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production operations to achieve planned output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Develop and execute production schedules in coordination with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales teams.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency, line productivity, OEE, yield, and wastage control.
• Lead and develop production teams, supervisors, and operators to drive high performance and employee engagement.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, utilities, and raw materials to reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and R&D teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Analyze production KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental requirements, and company policies.
• Manage new product launches, process improvements, and capacity enhancement projects.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation in compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
