Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Operations Head based in Tekari. The Branch Operations Head is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operational activities of the branch, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and maintaining operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing branch processes, ensuring a high standard of customer service, leading and mentoring the team, implementing process improvements, handling budgets, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues. The role demands a proactive approach to managing resources and meeting organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Operations Management and the ability to oversee and optimize branch processes and workflows.
• Proven Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
• Experience in Team Management, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with various stakeholders, including clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to ensure efficient branch operations.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
