Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Marketplace Operations Team Lead. The Team Lead will ensure efficient day-to-day operations on online retail platforms by managing inventory, overseeing order processing, improving fulfillment workflows, and ensuring compliance with marketplace requirements. This role involves guiding and supporting team members, analyzing operational performance, and implementing strategies to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with management to optimize product listings, resolve challenges, and contribute to the growth of Starvance’s online presence.

✔ 2–5 years of experience in Marketplace/E-commerce Operations
✔ Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
✔ Strong understanding of inventory, replenishment, and marketplace workflows
