Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Purchase Executive – Interior Fit-Out Projects with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. The Senior Purchase Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities for interior fit-out projects, including sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and finalizing purchase terms to meet project budgets and timelines. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure materials reach sites on schedule and in required quality. The role involves maintaining updated records of suppliers, pricing, and inventory, resolving discrepancies in orders and invoices, and supporting cost optimization without compromising on quality. The Senior Purchase Executive will also contribute to vendor evaluation, relationship management, and continuous improvement of purchase processes aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement and purchase management skills, including experience with purchase management and procurement processes for interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Hands-on experience handling purchase requisitions and purchase orders, from review and approval to issuance and follow-up.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Minimum 7 years or more of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, or related industries.
• Proficiency in using ERP or procurement software, as well as MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tracking and reporting.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-analysis abilities with attention to quality and timelines.
• Good understanding of materials, fittings, and finishes commonly used in interior projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
